We’re looking for anyone nice to move in asap, the room is a bit small but there’s a big living room with a balcony, big bathroom and decent kitchen. We’re not home that much (Harry’s a med student and I just started work) so you’d get the flat to yourself quite a lot. It’s a nice area with lots of trees, plants and animals and only a 10 min walk from Kennington station. The only preference we have is that you’re a nice person :)
