Sociable 3-Bed Flat Looking for a New Flatmate

Hey everyone - we’re looking for a new addition to the flat after our long term flatmate Olly sadly moved out to live with his girlfriend.

About us:
I’m Callum (28) and work in the golf industry. Big sports fan (love playing golf, tennis and football). I also love cooking, so always up for shared dinners as a flat.

Dylan (30) works in tech recruitment and is equally sports obsessed (mainly football). He’s also big into his video games and is usually the one suggesting a film night or board game in the evenings.

We’re a pretty sociable household and tend to spend a lot of time hanging out in the living room rather than hiding away in our rooms. Expect pub trips, shared meals, gigs, movies, sport on TV and the occasional board game night. Luckily there are a few great local pubs nearby and tennis courts just up the road as well.

About the flat:
The flat has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a balcony. The available room is on the main floor, where you’ll effectively have your own shower/bathroom downstairs. Me and Dylan are both upstairs and share the bathroom up there, so the downstairs space is mostly yours.

We’re ideally looking for someone easy going who’d enjoy being part of the flat rather than just spending time in their room.
