Double room in Kennington (zone 1/2)

Hello!

I'm moving in with my partner, so I'm looking for someone to replace me in a double room in Kennington. The room is definitely available from 20th April - there is flexibility around in this if you would need the room earlier or later. It's £750 per month plus ~£120 for bills (gas/electricity, water, internet, council tax (band B); can be more in winter months). Our deposit was £726 each but it might need to be adjusted to reflect current rent.

About the room/flat:
Third floor (no lift, stairs only) 2-bedroom flat with a shared living area and lots of natural light.
The room is a good-sized double, and comes with a double bed, wardrobe, and open shelve cupboard. There is a space for a desk but you are welcome to buy the current one if preferred.
A bathroom would be shared with one other girl. Living room has two couches (one is a futon), an extendable dining table and a bookshelf. It's cozy but a good space for two people.

About the area:
The flat is a 5 min walk away from Kennington tube station (zone 1/2, Northern line) and ~15 min walk to Elephant & Castle (zone 1/2, Northern and Bakerloo lines), also close to multiple bus stops on the main road. The building is off the main road, so quiet but close to multiple shops and food places in the area.

Current female flatmate (28) works full time (in the office 3/5 days), and the area is pretty quiet with lots of families, so another young professional looking for a calm living situation would be preferred.

Ideally, we're looking for a clean and considerate flatmate (women preferred) in their late 20s. You’ll need to be able to pass the referencing.

No couples. No pets. No smokers.
