Large double in massive creative conversion

We're a friendly and creative household looking for a new member to move in on the 1st June.

This house is an old factory conversion in a very quiet and leafy area. And, despite being peaceful, we feel spoilt to be so connected to everywhere - we're a 5 minute walk from the tube and a 10 minute cycle to most things central.

The bedroom is an interesting double on the ground floor, next to a toilet. It gets loads of light from skylight windows as well as one looking out to the leafy front yard. The room is unfurnished! A blank canvas!

An airy, clean shared bathroom is upstairs, and this is only used by three of the housemates.

The communal area is very large and absolutely full of plants. We're very much into keeping our spaces tidy and nice to hang out in. Two of which are outdoors - a back garden and a roof patio - where we're attempting to grow flowers and vegetables.

About us... Over the years, we've built a community in the house that we'd love to continue with a new person. We work in film, arts, science and gaming, and are massive music fans. We love making music in the house. We often watch films together on the projector, hang out in the evening, have BBQS, cook for each other etc. Lots of humour, playfulness, respect and interesting conversations! Housemates that are up for this kind of set-up would be perfect!

Last but not least the household is queer friendly!

We have a beautiful cat living here, Ori, who will also have to approve of any potential housemates of course!

More about the area... The house is set back from the main roads so it's very peaceful. We've got great relationships with our neighbours and often help to walk their three dogs. They keep the front courtyard so beautiful with even more plants. Also, there are lots of nice restaurants and pubs that are super near our house.

Bills add up to around 200/month but this can fluctuate (up and down) with the seasons. We have fast internet, home insurance (even for bikes when locked up elsewhere) and a cleaner that comes fortnightly.
