Double room in flat with garden in Kennington

Take over my double bedroom in a house with a lovely garden on a quiet street across from a park in Kennington! I’m moving out of this flat after 2.5 years here, and I can’t say enough good things about the neighbourhood and place!

£790/ month with bills around ~125 per month.

About the flat:
The flat is well taken care of and has a recently renovated kitchen and bathroom and a wonderful garden as well! It’s about a 3 minute walk to Kennington station (zone 1/2) and 10 minutes to elephant and castle rail, so it’s super convenient for everything!
This is a friendly and relaxed household, and we’re looking for someone who fits in with the good little crew:) There’s three rooms with girls (including this one) on one floor sharing this bathroom, and then the one guy has the top floor with his own ensuite.

About the room:
The room is a good sized double furnished with bed, dresser, desk, and bed side table. It’s a warm room (and house!) in the winter, and not too hot in the summer which is so nice!
