Large double room in friendly flat share

We’re two friendly flatmates (female 28, male 30) looking for a third to join us in our flat near Elephant & Castle. We’re a Spanish and Greek duo — one of us trades commodities, the other works in property development. We get on well and actually enjoy spending time together — whether that’s something at home or heading out — but we also have our own lives and social circles, so there’s no pressure to be in each other’s pockets.

The room
It’s a good-sized double, fully furnished with a bed, two bedside tables and a wardrobe. Plenty of space to make it your own.

The flat
Third floor, three-bed flat with a balcony — great for a coffee in the morning or a drink after work. One thing worth mentioning upfront: we’re close to the railway line, so there is some background noise. It doesn’t bother us but we’d rather be honest about it than waste anyone’s time.

Location
Elephant & Castle is brilliantly connected — Northern and Bakerloo lines, plus plenty of buses. Good mix of spots nearby for food, coffee and a night out.

• Available: 9th June (flexible if you need a little longer)
• Looking for: a working professional, ideally 25–35, who keeps the shared spaces clean and tidy
