Kennington room with private bathroom

SUBLEASE (6 months)

We are a couple subletting our second room (with its own bathroom) in Kennington for 6 months (open to extend). The flat is very well located, near Kennington and Oval stations, with couple of bus stops just in front of the building. The flat faces the park and has great natural light.

You will be living with us, Helena and Marcos - we are 27 and 31. Helena will start her PHD in September and I work in Finance. In our free time Helena loves to do yoga, explore galleries and read, while I enjoy watching movies, going for runs and photography. As you can see, we are not the biggest party animals haha, but we do love spending time with our friends in pubs/cafes.

In a flat share we really value cleanliness, open communication and having a good connection outside the fact of being flatmates. Please, tell us about yourself and what you expect from a flat share , as otherwise we would not answer.
