Double room in professional house in Elephant & Ca

Double room available in a friendly four-bedroom house in central London, from 7 July. Looking for a friendly professional.

House includes a kitchen, living room, separate dining room (that we use as an office/craft room), downstairs backyard and top floor balcony. The bathroom has a large bath and separate shower, and is shared between you and two housemates. Chest of drawers, wardrobe and bed come with the room. We all chip in for a fortnightly cleaner, and bills are approx £150 per month.

The location is fantastic - we're 5 mins away from Elephant & Castle station and the upcoming new shopping centre. Nearby there's a supermarket, several coffee shops, pubs, and the Imperial War Museum park and gardens. Lots of green spaces nearby and really easy to get most places in central.

You’ll be joining three women who are all professionals, clean and friendly - enjoy a glass of wine together, art/craft, Traitors and sushi night, while also happy to do our own thing. Interests include art/culture, reading, sports (2 arsenal-supporting housemates), learning crafts, and gardening. LGBTQ friendly household too 🏳️‍🌈
