Two Rooms avaliable Kennington Flat

Room 1 (Double)

Hi,
We have two rooms available in a lovely and very well-connected Kennington flat. After 3 years of living with our three other flatmates (1 couple plus 1 individual), they are sadly moving away.

The Rooms:
The first room (available from July 3rd) is a double room with a large wardrobe, but it will require a bedframe and mattress. This room faces away from the road and is the quieter of the two. It faces west, so it gets a lot of light throughout the day.

The second room (available from July 23rd) is the smaller of the two; it fits a double bed, a chest of drawers, and a clothing rack. The person living in this room will be able to use most of the storage space just outside the room as their storage.

The Flat:
There are two bathrooms in the house, a smaller one upstairs with a shower, and a bigger one with a bathtub.
We have a large, very comfy living room where we watch movies on the projector. There is also a small balcony attached here.

Our kitchen is also quite spacious, with room for a table, a sofa, and shelves.

The Neighbourhood:
It is a friendly residential area. We are located right between the Northern Line (Oval) and the Victoria Line (Vauxhall) stations. At Vauxhall, there is also a big bus interchange and the SWR station. So we are extremely well-connected to the entire city. There are a number of nice restaurants and cafes in the area. Our favourite spot is the Cable Cafe for weekly live jazz sessions.
There are also a PureGym and a Better Health gym very close by.
For shopping, we have a big Tesco 5 min walking away, plus smaller Waitrose and Sainsbury's at Vauxhall, plus a few Asian grocery stores within walking distance too.

The Flatmates:
We are Eleonora (29) and Ben (29), and, having met during uni, we've lived here in London since 2020.
Eleonora is Italian and loves eating! She is interested in the arts, many sports and sustainability. Currently, she works in a cafe nearby.

Ben is German and works in events management for a foreign policy institute. He loves cooking, trying new foods and going to fun restaurants.

Our future flatmates:
We are looking for someone who is sociable, with whom we can have nice shared dinners and watch a movie or play board games together.
In general, we would also like our future flatmates to be neat and respectful of shared spaces.

We know how weird it is to write messages on these websites.
