Cute Room in Kennington Zone 1 (5th July-30th Aug)

Hellooooo, I’m subletting my double room in Kennington from the 5th of July-30th of August. The house is an 8mins walk from Kennington station (Northern line), 15mins walk from Vauxhall station (Victoria and GWR) and 19mins walk (7min cycle) from Waterloo (Jubilee line and literally everywhere).

The rent is £785 / month and we put in £100 for bills, so £885 / month to live with the cutest flatmates in Zone 1 - aka everywhere is less than 30 mins away and my commute is 15 mins.

The room has a double bed and is on the top floor of the house, just to note this is not accessible. There are four other lovely gals in the house, who are my literal best friends in the world so you’ll be in safe hands. The house is well kept and we keep a nice space for everyone to live in. We also have a cleaner every two weeks!

And just to mention we’re looking for someone on a similar vibe as all of the girls are 26/27 and working full time in London. So we have fun and do loads of cute dinners and coffees together, less party party
