Short Term Sublet in spacious Kennington Flat

I am subletting my room in my flat in Kennington between 12 July and 07 August. It is very well connected, being only a 5 minute walk from Kennington tube station, and a 12 minute walk from Vauxhall train and tube station. Price is listed at £250 a week, bills included-- negotiable if you're able to stay the whole time. The flat is bright, spacious and comfortable. The room comes with a double bed and is furnished with a desk, wardrobe and bedside table. You would be sharing with Paul and Pat Joe from Ireland and Sam from Surrey. They are all professionals working in the city.
