We have a gorgeous, spacious double room in our 3-bed flat in Kennington available. Pia, our current flatmate is leaving as she’s moving in with her partner. We are Orla (29, Architect, Irish) & Marta (29 Filmmaker, Armenian) and we’re looking for someone relaxed, friendly & fun to join our flat! We are generally quite busy and love coming home to a peaceful, cosy clean home and having a catch-up. We love hosting friends, hanging out together occasionally and travelling!

The flat is 2min walk to Kennington Park & 5min walk to Kennington station. The location is super central, with plenty of pubs, restaurants and cafes nearby, the park is just a stones throw away. The flat is on a quiet tree lined street, it gets gorgeous morning & evening sun.

The flat has a bright kitchen/dining, separate open plan dining space and living room, a garden and a large bathroom which you will share with Orla. The room comes with two built in wardrobes and the bedframe/ mattress so you can put your own stamp on the place!

The room is available from August 20th, but we can be flexible until Sept 1st for the right person! The room is £1,047 per month not including bills which we sort between ourselves. These work out at around £160 per month (water, electricity, council tax, wifi).
