We have a spacious double room available in our three-bedroom flat, just a 2-minute walk from Oval Station and overlooking The Oval Cricket Ground. The flat has a large shared living room, one shared bathroom, and is in a fantastic location with excellent transport links, as well as plenty of cafés, pubs, shops, and green spaces nearby.

You'll be sharing with two friendly recent graduates, one man and one woman. We're ideally looking for another woman to keep the balance in the flat, but we're open to the right person regardless of gender. We're looking for someone who is tidy, respectful, and easy to live with. We'd love to meet for a viewing and a chat beforehand to make sure the flat is a good fit for everyone.

The room is available from the end of July to the end of October, with a possibility to extend depending on circumstances.
