Peaceful room going in Kennington in a house shared with three young professionals.
Hi! We are Lucy (she/her), Jacob (he/him) and Tom (he/him). Our flatmate is moving to Cambridge for a PhD and we are looking for a replacement for the room (move in date 1st September). The room is unfurnished but our flatmate is happy to leave things behind! The room currently has a single bed in it but can fit a double. We have a garden and are close to the imperial war museum. House is 7 mins walk to Lambeth North (Bakerloo line) and about ten mins to Elephant and Castle. We are a friendly bunch aged 21-30 and are always happy for a chat when we run into each other but live on very different schedules (two of us work in theatre and one has 9-5). We have a range of hobbies between us from cycling, photography, art and tennis. Message if you would like to come for a viewing!
