I’m looking for 2 clean and tidy preferably female flatmates. I have 2 double rooms available in a maisonette in Zone 1.

-10 min walk from Kennington station (northern line)
-10 min walk from Vauxhall station national rail & (Victoria line)
-12 min walk from Oval station (northern line)
-9 min walk from the river Thames
-5 min walk to Tesco superstore
- lots of green spaces nearby
- local Pub over the road
Flat is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, and tumble dryer.

Price is 1100 per month for rent and all bills included (gas, electricity, water, council tax, 1GB WIFI suitable for WFH and a cleaner). Available to move in immediately.

Hi, I’m Telka I’m 28. I like going to the theatre, cooking, and seeing friends. From September I will mainly be in Bristol for a year studying an MA in acting at Bristol Old Vic Theatre School. My partner Lara will be mainly in the flat mon-fri and often away at the weekend. She works full time as a teacher. I will be returning some weekends and the holidays (Christmas, Easter etc).

My partner’s lovely bengal cat will also be around so we are looking for people who like cats and she is an indoor cat so you do need to please be conscious not to let her get out.
