We’re looking for a lovely new housemate to join our home from 8th September.

📍 Fantastic location

* 8-minute walk to Vauxhall Station
* 10-minute walk to Oval Station
* 10-minute walk to Kennington Station

💰 Rent: £855 per month
(Deposit £1,081.74)
💡 Bills: Approximately £150 per month (usually a little less in the summer)

The room

* Large unfurnished double bedroom
* Bed frame and mattress available to purchase for £100 if wanted
* Available from 8th September

The house:

The house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, so there’s never much waiting around!

* One en-suite (attached to another bedroom)
* A large shared bathroom
* Downstairs WC
* The house came unfinished, so there is a £75 payment to cover the furniture in the shared spaces

We will have a cleaner from October who comes regularly for the communal areas (£25 ish month each), so everyone can do their bit to keep the house tidy in between.

About us:

We’re three friendly, sociable professionals who enjoy making our house feel like a home. We all have busy London lives, so it’s important to us that it’s a relaxed space where we can switch off after work, have a chat, and debrief over a cup of tea (or a glass of wine!). We also come with one very important housemate: Lola, our lovely dog, so you’ll need to be an animal lover!

* Hayley (31) – Educational Psychologist from Australia, loves to read and plays netball (her team are the current champions!)
* Madi (27) – Civil Servant, loves Pilates and over priced coffee (has a very nice coffee machine for fellow coffee lovers to use)
* Becca (29) – Works for a supplements company, also a coffee lover and enjoys dogs walks with Lola!

We enjoy the occasional film or TV night, trying new restaurants around London, and spending time together, while also respecting each other’s space and having our own lives.

Who we’re looking for:

We’re looking for another female professional who is

* Clean and tidy
* Respectful of shared spaces
* Friendly and easy to get along with
* Looking for a home rather than just somewhere to stay
* Office or remote work is fine, but you’ll need to earn more than £26k to pass the rent check

We’re a sociable house but definitely not a party house, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys a balance of spending time together while also respecting everyone’s own routines.

We’re looking for non-smokers and non-vapers.
