I’m looking for someone to take over my place in a beautiful 2 bed Kennington house as I’m moving out of London to buy somewhere.
The room is available from September 13th, but there is flexibility if this is needed earlier/later.
The house is split over 3 levels making it feel very spacious, and has a separate living/dining space. The flat is less than a 10 minute walk from Kennington station and 15 minute walk from Vauxhall making it very well connected. There are also lots of great bus routes near by.
The bedroom has two large wardrooms inside and a third right outside the bedroom.
Hannah is the other flatmate, a 31 year old doctor. It’s a very chilled and relaxed household, which we like to keep clean and enjoy where we live.
