Lovely, large double room available 21st September (move in date flexible if needing it before) in a sociable houseshare! Room is on the ground floor (not on same level as communal / social areas). The house has a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom and private outdoor space. It’s ideally located - just a 15-minute walk to Southbank / Waterloo, less than 10 minutes to Lambeth North station, and 10 minutes to Elephant & Castle and Kennington Underground’s.

You’d be living with three friendly female professionals aged 26-29, two of whom have lived here for a few years and the third for a year. We’re looking for another like-minded female professional who’s easygoing, sociable, and tidy 🫶🏻

The room is unfurnished, but we’re happy to leave all of my furniture shown in the photo !

We’re often out and about, but also enjoy evenings in watching TV or going for drinks together. We have a split of wfh and in office.

Rent is £1,020pm + bills.
