Double room available in great Zone 1 location

Hello! We’re Owen, Rokhaya and Dylan! Our flatmate Saskia is moving out and we’re looking for someone to take over her double bed room in our four-bed, two-bathroom flat.

I'm a content producer for a social video journalism brand and work mostly remotely. Dylan is a colourist in the film industry and is also mostly WFH and Ro works at Blanc Space.

The flat is in a brilliant location, with Kennington, Vauxhall and Lambeth North tube stations all fifteen minutes or less by walking. Plus, it's about the same walking distance down to the Albert Embankment. The 360 bus stops right outside the flat complex and there are more nearby (59, 159 and the 196 just to name a few!)

There is a Tesco Express right around the corner and a bigger (and cheaper) Tesco an eight minute walk away. We're also well within walking distance to the massive Nine Elms Sainsbury's.

Kennington Park is nearby, as well as the Vauxhall Pleasure Gardens. We're also close to the Tate Britain which is a great place to spend wfh lunch breaks!

Moving-in date would be any time from the 27th of October and the first month of rent would be due then. Please drop me a message if this sounds right for you!
