Get ready for a fun filled year

We’re looking for someone friendly, sociable and easy-going who wants an actual home rather than just a room in a house. We’re definitely not expecting to be attached at the hip, but we’d love someone who’s up for hanging out in the evenings, having dinner together occasionally, going for drinks, pub trips, nights out or just sitting around watching rubbish TV.

The vibe is relaxed, fun and respectful - sociable without being a full-on party house. We want everyone to feel comfortable having friends over and enjoying the house, while also being considerate of each other’s space.

Ideally you’d be around our age, working professionally and looking to stay for a decent amount of time rather than somewhere very temporary.

Izzy - 29, just wants someone to play tennis with her. Works in insurance (not a twat tho). Likes the pub, loves a pub a quiz, big on the gym but also bed rotting

Andrew - 30, works in AI (but also not a twat), plays the drums (they’re not coming dw) and the keyboard plus enjoys DnD. Also huge on pub quizzes

Archie - 29, works in sales (booo) and gay (yay). Big fan of the pub, drinks, music and gigs - will basically go to anything if invited.
