I am looking for someone to rent my spare room, ideally just during the week, but this is negotiable. My 2 bedroom flat is tidy, spaceous and clean, and is located in the top half of a Victorian House on St Mary's Gardens, which is a quiet square equidistant between Lambeth North, Elephant & Castle and Kennington tube stations.
I sometimes have my Golden Retriever staying over, and she is very calm and gentle, but hairy.
You are welcome to use the sitting room and kitchen, and I expect the flat to be kept tidy and clean. I can add a chest of drawers if you need one, but your room already has lots of cupboard space in it.
