2 rooms available in bright Kennington flat

My two flatmates are moving out from our lovely bright flat in Kennington/Oval. The flat is super well located, only a 5 minute walk to Oval station, and 7 minutes to a big Tesco. Commuting to central is super easy on the northern line, and with a bike path that takes you straight in right next to the flat.

There are two rooms available, both from the 26th of October.

Room 1 - £930 pcm + bills
Room 2 - £955 pcm + bills

Deposit is £1155 for both rooms

Bills typically come to ~£100 a month
(There might be some wiggle room here as we will need to organise a new internet plan after my current flatmates move out)

We have a seperate toilet & shower (which comes in super handy), a decent sized kitchen, and a good sized living room. Both the bedrooms come furnished with a bed & freestanding wardrobe.

You’ll be living with myself (Louis), and one other flatmate (tbc). I moved to London from Australia earlier this year, am currently working as a bartender for a members club in Soho. I love football (playing & watching), going to gigs, reading, and DIY projects.
