Have mostly had female lodgers and they have always felt safe in the area. Beautiful walking paths, with the river Thames/southbank area only 12-15min walk away. Lime bikes everywhere so easy to get around without the need for the bus.

Kennington Station is a 5 minute walk away, local corner shop and Tesco is 1-2mins, Elephant and castle and/or Waterloo Station is a 12 minute walk away, and 10-15min bus ride to Brixton.

Recently painted/refreshed king size bedroom (biggest in the flat) with ample amounts of storage space, including a walk in wardrobe, right in the heart of south Central London. Study desk and chair, including a dressing table & lamp. Room is well insulated with laminated flooring throughout the flat, and a nice colourful rug. Previous tenant was an Italian girl working in hospitality and she is happy to give feedback of her stay, if required.

REST OF FLAT:
- 1 double bedroom next door, and then a small single sized bedroom which is infrequently occupied.
- Kitchen has had a new kitchen top put in, new flooring, and new tap
- you have ample cupboard space to use in the kitchen
- 2 Fridge freezers in the kitchen so plenty space for groceries
- Huge living room space with dining table, and brand new sofas
- new bigger TV will be installed shortly
- Bathroom was newly built 1 year ago, with lots of storage for everyone's personal toiletries
- The flat even fits from a second toilet room on the ground floor

FLAT DYNAMICS:
The double bedroom is occupied by a lovely Dutch girl in her mid/late 20s, and has been staying there for 6 months+ with no complaints. She works in hospitality and travels to Holborn. She loves how accessible the location is, and is a big music/festival goer. My cousin who is late 20s visits the flat infrequently on average twice a week, and is mainly there to do WFH activities as he works as a project manager in the city. If he stays he uses the single bedroom. I myself visit on average 3 times a month and maybe stay over once a month. We all are all foodies, love to play tennis and padel, and are frequent gym goers. We make an effort to keep the place tidy, and enjoy each other's cooking from time to time.

In short, 80% of the time you will have the flat to yourself or sharing with the lovely Dutch girl. Looking for someone who appreciates a homely feel, keeps tidy, and is happy to socialise here and there. If you play racquet sports that's an added bonus :).

You can invite guests to the flat infrequently, but this must be communicated in advance. This is not a party flat, as there are young kids next door and the neighbours will complain.
