Looking for a new flatmate to share a lovely, spacious flat in SE11, ideally another working professional who enjoys a relaxed, friendly and respectful home. The flat is on the second floor of a converted home, there are two other flats, on the ground and first floor.

The larger double bedroom is available from 14 December 2026, with rent at £1,550 pcm, including bills.

🏡 The Room & Flat

- Large, spacious double bedroom, offered unfurnished (furniture potentially available from the current tenant)
- Comfortable shared living areas
- Quiet residential neighbourhood, despite being incredibly central
- Security deposit already paid by me, so no additional upfront deposit required, although happy to discuss splitting it

💷 Rent & Bills
Rent is £1,550 pcm, including utilities, council tax and internet.

The all-inclusive amount may be subject to a small adjustment around March/April to reflect the usual annual increases in council tax and internet costs.

Post state not suitable for Pets, however, with the new rent laws we can ask the landlord. There was no maybe option allows on the post.

I'm a gay man in my late 30s, working professionally in London. I'm looking for another working professional to share the flat with, ideally someone from the LGBTQ+ community or an ally.

I'd love to find someone who's friendly, considerate and enjoys having a comfortable, welcoming home. Somewhere we can both relax, enjoy our own space and occasionally have a chat or socialise.

📍 Location & Transport

The flat is located between Elephant & Castle and Kennington, with plenty right on the doorstep.

- Elephant & Castle – 7-minute walk
- Lambeth North – 10-minute walk
- Kennington – 12-minute walk
- Waterloo – 18-minute walk
- Walcot Stores café just seconds from the front door
- Off-licence right next door
- Imperial War Museum around 5 minutes away

It's a great balance of a quieter residential street with excellent access to central London.
