Small double room available in Kennington (ASAP!) - £800 including bills and council tax
Hi! My best friend and I have a spare room available in our flat in Kennington for £800 including bills. The tenancy is until April 2027.
Location:
Kennington station - 10 minute walk
Vauxhall station - 17 minute walk
It's a cosy room, but still a small double. Furnished as seen, there's also plenty of storage in the rest of the flat. The flats situated in a block on a wider estate which has a Tesco's right off the road and a big Tesco less than a 10 minute walk away.
About us, we're both 22, working full time (we each wh one day a week). We do have a cat who is very tame and friendly even if he has more energy than all of us.
Looking for someone similar age to us who is tidy, likes to have a chat but also respects all our space when we need it. No couples or smokers please!
