Hey! I'm moving out of Flat 6, Oval Mansions, so my room is available from mid November onwards. It's a good size double, furnished, with big built-in wardrobes. You'd share the bathroom with one flatmate.

The living room is very spacious with plenty of light, and there's a separate kitchen. The flat also has its own utility room with a washer dryer, and there's secure bike storage downstairs.

The best part is the terrace, which looks straight onto the Oval cricket ground, so you can watch the games whenever you like!

The flatmate staying on is a doctor who works long hours, so they're often out. We keep the place clean and quiet, and we'd like to keep it that way.

Great location. Central is a 15 minute cycle or a 25 minute tube ride.

Rent is £1,300 a month, with bills on top at roughly £150 a month. Looking for someone long term.
