A bright and spacious double room is available in our shared, four-bedroom flat. There is a new, fully-fitted kitchen, central heating, and wooden flooring throughout.

The flat is situated on the third floor of a five-storey building and it is within walking distance from Kennington/Oval station and close to Kennington Park, a 24-hour gym, local Tesco, etc.
Note there is no living room.

- Elephant and Castle - 2 bus stops away
- Vauxhall - 3 bus stops away
- Waterloo - 4 bus stops away
- Good bus service with the night- and 24/7 buses to central and south London.

--About the room--
The room is spacious and has a double bed, desk, bookcase, and a large built-in wardrobe. It is on the 4th floor and it has views of the London skyline including the Shard.

--About us--
We are a mix of three friendly professionals and mature master students in our mid-20s/30s, working in design/studying science and engineering. We all work/study long hours during the week and prefer quiet evenings. Sometimes we do things together on a weekend, being into the outdoors, arts and music. We respect each other's space and keep the flat clean and friendly.
We are looking for a like-minded person.

The rent is inclusive of all the bills (fibre broadband, electricity, council tax, etc), deposit will be required.
A move-in date can be flexible.
