I have a lovely bright and spacious furnished double room to rent, overlooking a small park. The flat is centrally located, top floor purpose built victorian property with open fireplaces, cosy shared living room plus kitchen and shower room. There is a fantastic roof terrace with great views to Westminster.
Excellent transport links (Kennington Tube 7 mins, Elephant and Castle 8 mins) All major supermarkets are in walking distance.

All bills included except gas/electric which is split 50/50 each month.

I am a well travelled, educated artist. I have a background in travel and design and recently lived in Florence Italy to study portrait painting. I have a studio nearby in Kennington and therefore looking to share my flat with a considerate, interesting and tidy person.

The room was recently redecorated with brand new furniture, double bed and wardrobe, storage and lighting. We have super fast fibre optic broadband should you work from home occasionally.

It's not a party house but it is a sanctuary in the city centre. The shared roof terrace is used mostly by myself and is a summer sun trap.. It's great space if you are a keen gardener or would like to give it a try.

Short lets will be considered of less than 6 months.
