I am renting out a nice double bedroom in a comfy well-connected house with a garden near Kennington tube station..

You will be sharing the whole house with two other females.

Please be advised I have a cat so if you suffer from allergies or simply do not like pets in the house then I am afraid my place may not suit you.

The room is fairly spacious, furnished and with plenty of storage. The property is a 2-floor end terrace house in a quiet pedestrian strip but very close to shops and amenities with excellent public transport to all parts of London.

Kennington Tube station is about 10 min walk and buses can be taken from Walworth Road or Kennington Park Road. P5 bus stops just behind the house.

The house has a big kitchen with all mod cons, a large sitting room facing a decent size back garden and a toilet downstairs; upstairs there are the rooms and a bright modern bathroom.

The rent is £900 per calendar month (ALL Bills Included) hence I am particular as to who will be living with me.
I will require a deposit of £500.
