Beautiful Room In Kensal Green

We have a large, beautiful, room with a double bed and plenty of storage space in a quiet, end of terrace house shared with hard working professionals.

There is a large kitchen/living area with dining table so there is a space to mingle with the other house mates.
NOTE: there is NO FREEZER or OVEN, only fridge, hob and microwave. The house also has two bathrooms with shower and toilet.

This room is for a single occupant only. It is important that you are a NON-smoker as this will not be tolerated anywhere on the property, that you are a CLEAN person who respects the shared areas and cleans up after themselves. "Wash, dry up, and put away" is our motto. And that you are respectful of other tenants, not playing loud music and so on. Strictly NO bicycles, e-scooters are permitted in the house.

The house is situated in Kensal Green which is a lovely area close to transport links. There are plenty of cafes, boutiques, pubs and parks to relax in after work and on the weekends.

NOT suitable for car or bicycle or e-scooter owners due to street parking restrictions and lack of external secure area.
