Beautiful, spacious and bright room, with a double bed (new mattress), a desk, a wardrobe, a period fireplace and wood floorboards, in a beautifully decorated flat, with a lot of art and plants.

I am a documentary filmmaker, doula and lecturer, sharing the flat with a lovely young medical student, and looking for someone who leads a quiet lifestyle, who is friendly and engaging. We share house chores and respect each other's space but have a friendly and trustworthy relationship.

The communal space includes an open plan kitchen with all the amenities (practically all new), and a living room that has a wood burner and a piano.
New flatmate would share bathroom with current flatmate only.

The flat is 12-15 mins walk from Kensal Green, Willesden Junction and Kensal Rise, making it ideal for transport and bus routes: 6, 8, 52, 18, 187 and more...
We are very close to a number of wonderful cafes, bars, independent shops, the Lexi cinema, farmers market and Portobello Road market.

The flat is very much a sanctuary with peaceful harmony, and for me it is important that everyone living here appreciates and respects this.
