Double room available in spacious, warm and comfortable house with all mod cons (washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher etc) and includes wifi and weekly room cleaning provided. In addition there is a wood-burning stove in the sitting room and a sunny south-facing garden.

Spacious bedroom has double bed, chest of drawers, plenty of hanging and storage space, fridge, sofa and desk & chair. Bedding and towels can be provided if required. Use of shared bathroom.

Transport links; situated between Kensal Green and Willesden Junction stations there are very good transport links via Bakerloo line, the Overground (from Clapham Junction all the way to Stratford and the Olympic park) plus the Rail link to Euston. In addition there is the nearby 18 bus which also goes directly to Euston via Paddington and Baker Street.

Things you should know about me; the house belongs to me, I have two other lodgers: Rae (mid 30’s, works in theatre – room at the top of the house) and Saaranya (mid 20’s who works in hospitality) and two cats Rudy and Tia. I’m used to having lodgers and do have other friends/family to stay regularly. It’s relaxed, friendly and I would like someone who although has their own life will still say hello/goodbye and interact with us and be part of our household community.

Things that matter to us; no smoking, no drugs. Limited alcohol, no drunkenness. No loud noise late at night. Recycle what you can, don’t leave the lights on, be kind and considerate. Introduce any friends that come round and not have people to stay every weekend (please ask first). We're tidy, clean up after ourselves and don't leave washing in the washing machine for days at a time. We'd like someone who we get on with and who would hopefully stay for some time.
