Hey girls!

I am moving out of my place to move in with my partner after living in this property for 2.5 years, and I am looking to replace myself on the tenancy. There are three other housemates and we are all between the ages of 26-30, and working professionals, and looking for a housemate within the same age who works full-time.

Property - 4 bed flat, with two bathrooms, shared kitchen and living room.

Room - Fully furnished - Double bed, Desk and Chair, Wardrobe and two Chest of Drawers. We also have two storage cupboards that are shared amongst all the housemates.

Area - We are 8 mins from the tube station (Bakerloo and Lioness), and a 2 min walk from the N18 bus station with an easy commute to Central London. We are 10 minutes away from Queens Park (30 min walk), and 28 minutes for Portobello Road Market. There is a Co-op right in-front, and a huge Sainsbury’s 15 minutes away.

Rent + Bills - Rent will be £950 and bills currently come up to £149 (Council Tax Band: D)

Deposit - £1,053

Move-In Date: 1st August 2026

You will be required to pass referencing, with a minimum salary of £30,000.
