There is a beautiful large shared living area we hang out in alot and the room advertised would share a large bathroom with one other tenant. Great area - lots of lovely cafes / pubs / shops and a Gym at end of the road with a pool & reformer Pilates studio. 15 minutes walk away from Queen’s Park and Notting Hill. 5mins walk from Kensal Green station (Bakerloo/ lioness line) & 10 mins to Kensal rise (Clapham junction to Stratford links on Mildmay line) so amazing to get across London. Sharing with two great guys (30 year old Architect & 31 year old Admissions Manager) who have known each other for years and lived together several times. Council tax band C.
