Hi everyone!

I am moving into a new property to be closer to work and need to find a replacement for my amazing room at 16 Allsouls Avenue. Because I am moving out on slightly short notice (Sadly did not read the Renters Rights Act very closely 😢), I am offering 1 to 2 weeks of rent completely free to the person who takes over my contract, as a massive thank you for helping me out (Given you move in from 31st August-7th of September - I need to vacate the room by August 30th. My rent is already paid until September 7th, and I am happy to cover your first week's rent on top of that for a prompt move-in)

Some more info on what makes this house such a great place to live:

The Room:
A bright double room with plenty of space to relax or work. There's about 4 wardrobes with a huge amount of storage space such that I am having to throw a bunch of stuff before moving into my new room. Also, every room in the house comes with its own wall-mounted TV! Got used a lot over the years :D

A professional cleaner comes every Tuesday to clean all communal areas and take out the bins. Such a godsend.

Communal Spaces:
There is a huge amount of designated storage for your essentials in the living room, kitchen cupboards, and the fridge/freezer. If you like to batch cook like me, this is a god-send. I give up on a lot of properties in London due to limited space for my food.

There are 3 toilets in total, and 2 bathrooms. There are designated spaces for all rooms in both bathrooms, and in my 2 years here I've never found myself waiting to use the toilet or bathroom. The baths are also very large if thats important for you. Finally, there's also 2 washing machines, which is unusual but very much appreciated!

The Location:
Very close to both Kensal Green Station (Bakerloo & Overground) and Willesden Junction. Also, just a short stroll to the high street, shops, cafes, and pharmacies. Behesht restaurant is amazing and you should check it out as soon as you move in.

Literally a 10-second walk to the local GP! (Law Medical Group Practice)

The Landlord:
We all know a good landlord is hard to find in London, but this one is genuinely exceptional (Wraith Estates). They are incredibly responsive (always answering within minutes) and sort out any maintenance issues immediately. I have never had a single problem during my tenancy here that wasn't sorted out the same/next day.
