Looking for someone to join me in my flat!

My flatmate is moving out so I am looking for someone to move in and take over her name on the lease as I really love it here.

About me: Hiiii I’m Freya, I’m 30 and work in the construction industry.
If I’m not working then I love to cook/bake go for runs or explore the city. Ideally looking for someone who wants to make the flat a home and it not just be a place to sleep. I’m always up for a pub trip/night in but equally understand the need for personal space and downtime 🙂 I tend to be in the office tues-thurs and WFH in the kitchen on Monday and Friday.

The room: it’s a nice size double with big wardrobes and lots of space. The flat came unfurnished so me and my housemate furnished it, she will be leaving everything apart from the bed and mattress unfortunately. All other furniture in it will be left and there is a desk in the hallway that I don’t use that you’re welcome to move into the room if you work from home!

Other amenities: the flat has a combo kitchen/dining/living room, as well as dishwasher and washing machine.

The area: we’re less than 5 mins walk from Kensal Green station so can get into central in about 15/20 mins. It’s also just under 10 minutes walk to Kensal rise station & chamberlayne road.
Queen’s Park and Notting Hill are short walks away as well.
There is a co-op and little Tesco within walking distance and there is a big Sainsbury’s about 20 mins walk away (I have a car so normally do a big shop here).

My flatmate can be pretty flexible on her move out dates so looking for someone who is happy to move in towards the end of October (subject to referencing etc)
