Lovely Room Available mid november

Hi girlie!

We are looking for our next flatmate to join us from mid-November. We are a 5-minute walk from Kensal Green station. We are 3 other professionals who enjoy a quiet house and a break from a busy work routine, but we also love having friends over for dinners and get-togethers. However, this is not a 'party house'. We have a rota in place for shared household chores.

Bills are around £40 - 50 each per month, without considering Heating in the winter. Please be prepared to put another £50-£80 for that. We have a lovely landlord who comes often and checks things we might need.

You will share the house with Mariana and Bia, both Portuguese, settled in London for over 5 years, and working in Film production and a Creative/Arts Charity. Jenny has been living here the longest and works in Architecture.

We are doing a house viewing this upcoming week, likely Thursday evening from 6:30 and Saturday Morning until 2 pm. We want to do a handful of people each day. So please, let us know your availability asap.
