I have a house in lovely Kensal Green. I have 1 furnished single bedroom with its own shower room/wc/basin.
Fully furnished with small double bed.
There is a modern Shared kitchen with all amenities and appliances.
Outside there is a Small front garden and a good size rear garden with sitting area and washing lines with sun all afternoon (when it’s out!)
Parking is by permit directly outside, and both Kensal Green and Willesden Junction stations are around a 10 min walk with Kensal Rise slightly further.
We are in Zone 2.

Lovely local shops, cafes and gastro pubs all nearby.
All bills and wifi inclusive.

All rooms are for female professional tenants or post graduate students.
