We are Lindsay and Adi; a professional couple in our 30s who work in theatre and finance industries. We are both super social, love entertaining and staying fit and healthy!
We are looking for one/two housemates for the two spare rooms in our beautiful home in Kensal Green (zone 2). Move in date ideally would be anytime in Aug/Sept. Rent is £1000 per month/per room, including all bills, use of shared main bathroom (we barely use it as we have an en suite so it’s all yours!), kitchen/lounge area, garden and home gym. The monthly fee also includes a weekly professional cleaner. Both rooms come fully furnished. We are located between Kensal Green, Willesden Junction and Kensal rise so lots of great bus, tube and train options for commuting in and out of central london.
Unfortunately, we are not looking to rent to students at this time.
