I am looking for a working professional to join myself in my 2 bed 2 bath apartment in Kensal Rise. The double room has an en-suite bathroom with shower & toilet. It has an open plan kitchen and living/dining room with balcony. It's a fantastic spacious apartment located close to overground, underground and bus route also very close to shops and gyms.
I am looking for someone who preferably doesn't work from home that is clean, tidy, respectful and just in general "gets it" Cleanliness and being tidy of common areas is a non negotiable.
I am a creative director and busy with a start up, I have some days not working from home but due to my start up will be having a few days where will work from home. A safe happy home is really important to me so would love to have someone who shares the same sentiment.
Rent is inclusive of council tax, water, internet and a cleaner once a month otherwise cleaning shared between us. Gas & elec is calculated every month and split 50/50.
