Peaceful double room in Kensal Rise 🌅

Hi my name is Caspar,

I am a private and freelance chef.

My house is 2 minutes walk to Kensal Rise or Kensal Green tube stations and a stones throw away from the green and vibrant Queen’s Park!

The room I have to rent is very peaceful and cozy and lies at the back of the house overlooking the beautiful south west facing garden. It has fantastic wardrobe space for clothes and personal possessions, and a little alcove with a desk and chair. It is very clean and has only recently been decorated.

There is one main bathroom with a lovely big bath/shower that would be mostly yours although it is shared.

Personally I do not drink or smoke, so it would be important for me to have someone who is understanding of that. I don’t mind people doing their thing as long as it’s respectful. Dinners with friends or Sunday lunches are about as wild as I get. When I’m not working I like to go to the gym, read, and hang out with friends and family. I go out to gigs and exhibitions, anything cultural and have a solid social circle who I spend my time with. I also get out to the countryside when I can to stay with friends or family.

Basically the house is very Zen and calm and grown up.

The room is all bills included.
