Double bedroom available in my home, short let only-for one person - who is out at work during the day, and not working or studying from home. All bills are included in the rent. The minimum rental is for one month and any amount of weeks up to 3 months.

This is a small, light and comfortable bedroom at the back of the house and overlooks the garden so is private and is right next to the shared bathroom. The double room is freshly decorated and the mattress is of good quality. It is bright, cosy and quiet, and there is Wi-Fi and hanging space plus a chest of drawers. Linen (sheets/towels) are provided.

You can make use of the kitchen/diner and use the washing machine.

This is a quiet, safe and comfortable shared home in which to rent a room and I hope you will find it warm and welcoming and is best suited to those happy to be fairly independent and self-sufficient.

The house is in Kensal Rise and it has excellent transport links very close by from Kensal Rise overground at one end of the street where there are also several buses and Kensal Green tube station on the Bakerloo line is just around the corner.

If you have a car then I can arrange parking for you at the property and the cost of that is extra at £26.25 per 5 day week.
