Monday to Friday Large Peaceful Ensuite Attic Room

We have a lovely bright attic room available from September through December 2026. The room is very large, light and recently re-decorated, with black out blinds and a full professional clean, including carpet shampoo. We have an extremely comfortable Loaf kingsize bed with new mattress plus top quality Egyptian cotton bed linen, down pillows and down duvet.

There's an ensuite shower room with a big (privacy glass) window. The bedroom overlooks our mature, tree lined, 30 metre garden, and is very quiet. This bedroom is the only room on our second floor, so feels private and separate from the other three bedrooms on the first floor.

We are a professional couple in our mid fifties, with a son at university and a daughter recently graduated and back in London. I am a ceramic artist and pottery teacher (I have a garden studio but also work at a teaching studio four days a week), my husband works partly from home, in advertising. We have a calm, friendly 13 year old lurcher and a 6 year old cat. Neither of the animals has access to the attic room.

We would love to find a working professional who works out of the home, to be our lodger for up to four nights a week, from Mondays to Fridays.

Bedding (down pillows, down duvet, Egyptian cotton bed linen and towels) is included, and is laundered fortnightly for you. Bills are included in the rental cost.

We've had four happy lodgers over the past three and a half years and all can offer references on us as landlords.
