Stunning Room in Huge 2 Bedroom Flat

Beautiful flat, just under 5 mins walk from Kensal Green tube station and 15mins walk away from Queens Park. The flat has been recently renovated and finished to a high standard. It's really big and spacious with lovely high ceilings and loads of natural light.

Looking for someone to move into the downstairs bedroom to help pay for rent. Currently this room is set up as a study, but can easily be converted to a large bedroom. My bedroom is in the attic room upstairs above the large living room which will give us good separation and space to not feel like we're living on top of each other!

I'm 31 (juuuuust about - for a few more weeks) and work in the music industry. I have my own music marketing company with a team based out of a Soho office, and I co-own a record label with some partners. I'm a very chill creative person who loves music / the arts / theatre - a hard worker but also like to relax and socialise with friends on the weekend.

I'd love my new flatmate to be likeminded and also chilled. The flat truly feels like home, it's the first time I've felt that in London - and I've lived literally everywhere!!
