We’re two friendly girls (both in finance, mid-to-late 20s) looking for a new housemate aged 28-35 to join our lovely flat.

We’re after someone fun, social, and easy-going — someone who enjoys a good wine & cheese night, a bit of trash TV, and maybe even a pickleball match or two 🧀🍷🎾

The Flat:
• Spacious, modern 3-bed flat with a shared living area and fully equipped kitchen
• Dedicated study perfect for WFH, with bifold doors leading to a private balcony 🌿
• Great location – 7 mins to Kensal Green (Bakerloo & London Overground) and 6 mins to Kensal Rise (Overground / Mildmay line)
• Surrounded by great restaurants, bars, cafés, and shops

The Room:
• £1,075 pcm (approx. £1,300 incl. bills)
• Comes unfurnished, but some furniture may be available to buy or take over (to be discussed)

We both work hybrid (mix of office & home) and enjoy keeping the flat relaxed but social.
