Beautiful Cabin Studio - LOW RENT for dog care

We live in a beautiful Victorian conversion on a great road in Kensal Rise. I work full time and my 20yr old son has begun an internship for 6months so we need some help caring for our super sweet dog called Poppy - she's a Cockerpoo and will get really lonely if we are both at work. I normally Airbnb the cabin studio for £1500 a month but am looking for people that are artists, writers, or that WFH a lot to take care of the dog in exchange for lower rent.
The cabin has its own side alley entrance, own outdoor seating area, wifi, kitchenette, en-suite, lounge, log burner, record player, coffee machine, microwave, kettle.
Washing machine and oven are in the main house so would be best to bring an air fryer and potentially use the launderette. Bills are included.
We are relaxed, fun, creative types, looking for interesting dog-loving similar good people to share our space with. Shorter stays will be considered.
