Looking for a friendly, considerate and reliable housemate to share this lovely newly decorated flat with me.

I've currently put an offer in to rent this space from the 27th June when I will need a new flatmate to join me. It's a 2 bed ground floor flat, separate reception dining room, kitchen and bathroom plus a lovely garden space.
I'll furnish the living/dining space but your bedroom is unfurnished - if this is a problem we may be able to ask the landlord for furniture.
Full rent to be agreed depending on move in date and any agency fees! Ideally we split everything 50/50.

I'm a 30 year old full time corporate professional - working in sustainability and infrastructure. I'm usually in the office 4 days a week, wfh 1-2 days. I love being out eating and drinking with friends, visiting family and do alot of yoga in the evenings.
I've been living in the Kensal Rise area (and on this same road) for over 2 years, there is plenty going on in the area and this street is very calm and quiet.

I'm looking for someone who is up for keeping a tidy and homely space, is a working professional, and is a similar age (25-35)ish!
I generally live and independent life keeping myself busy but would love to share with someone I get on with who likes a chit chat or a good TV show in the evenings when we're both home.
