We’re looking for a third housemate to join us in what we genuinely think is a rare find in Kensal Rise.

We’re two friends working in film and TV who met at drama school and have lived together for years. Home is important to us. We’re sociable, easy going and enjoy the occasional shared dinner, movie night or glass of wine, but we’re equally respectful of each other’s space and independence.

This is one of those beautiful Victorian flats that has been fully renovated throughout. It has all the character and charm you’d hope for, but everything feels modern, bright and well looked after.

The available room is a large double bedroom with a bed and two built in double wardrobes, so there’s plenty of storage.

Kensal Rise is one of our favourite parts of London. It has a real neighbourhood feel, with great cafés, pubs, restaurants, parks and independent shops all within walking distance. It’s the perfect balance between a peaceful residential area and easy access to Central London (20 - 30 min journey to central on the tube)
