I’m looking for someone to sublet my room while I’m away. It’s a really bright, spacious double room with its own private balcony, in a lovely house shared with 3 other friendly girls, Lauren, Katie, and Izzy.

The house is spread over 2 floors and has 2 bathrooms, a huge private garden, and a really relaxed, friendly atmosphere.

The room comes fully furnished, and the clothes rail and wardrobe will be completely emptied before you move in, so you’ll have plenty of storage for your own things.

The house is in Kensal Rise (NW10) and is within walking distance of:

Kensal Rise (Mildmay line)

Kensal Green (Bakerloo & Lioness line)

Willesden Green (Jubilee Line)

There’s also a Tesco, Post Office, Queen’s Park, a sports centre, and loads of lovely cafés, pubs and bars nearby
