Lovely Double Room in the heart of Kensal Rise

Hey everyone,

Our wonderful flatmate has decided to look for her next adventure and move out, meaning we have a great sized double bedroom becoming available to move in by the 1st August (potential to move in before).

The double room is on the top floor, and is bright and airy. It’s unfurnished, but will contain a cube storage unit. So the person moving in will need to bring a bedframe/mattress.

The flat is split level with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom including a toilet and shower/bath on each floor so you would only be sharing with one other person.

We are looking for someone on a similar wavelength who is clean and tidy and looking for a home, independent but also enjoys hanging out and occasionally sharing a house meal, movie and glass of wine.

Our interests span design, live entertainment, film and tv, fitness, traveling, eating out, wellness, general socialising and exploring.

The flat is an absolute steal at £600 per month and bills come to around £150 extra a month. It's a 7-minute walk to Kensal Rise overground and a stone's throw from the amazing Chamberlayne road which has lots of independent shops and cafes along with easy access to Queens Park where you can play tennis, enjoy the café, or chill out in the beautiful park. It is also within walking distance to Kensal Green, Queen's Park and Willesden Green for the underground.
